How can I exclude specific products from the rewards?

When you successfully set up our Reward Upsell function, discount codes will be created for each tier you establish.

For example, in our demo store, we set up a tier that gives a free gift to customers when their spending reaches $300.

I will look for the active code in the Discounts section of the Shopify admin and find the code, AMT_EGB5N9D9.

By clicking on that code, I can see the list of products under the "Customer spends" section.

Next, I can review the products eligible for the reward and remove any products I want to exclude from our reward campaign.
