How to show the Amote widget on the Checkout page

This function will only work if you are using a Shopify Plus plan due to Shopify's current limitations. Refer to this Shopify blog article for more details.

In case Shopify changes the limitation in the future, we will update this function accordingly for non-Plus users.

To show the widget properly, please follow the instruction details in Amote in-app or follow the following steps

Step 1: Go to Amote >> Checkout Upsell, or click on Customize Checkout button under Quick actions from the homepage in-app

Step 2: Click on the Checkout Editor link to open Shopify's Checkout Editor. 

Step 3: There are 3 sub-pages (Information, Shipping, and Payment page) a visitor will go through on the Checkout page, and you can put as many Amote widgets as you want in each step

Step 4: Click Add app in the bottom left corner, and choose Amote to add a widget to your desired page

Step 5: drag and drop the Amote block on your desired position, check in the Preview screen, and remember to click Save on the top right screen to apply your change

Repeat the above steps in case you want to add more widgets in the same sub-pages or others.
