What will happen with my data when I upgrade, or downgrade my plan?

Please read this article to know what will happen with your data and features when you change your plan.


I. UPGRADE


If you are going to upgrade to a higher plan, you will need to approve the charge, and all data will have remained the same, and you can also experience the better features of Amote.


Please refer to our existing pricing plans here.


II. DOWNGRADE


There will have some limitations as below when you downgrade from Premium to the Essential plan


- Lose 3 additional Premium quote styles.


- Not able to display quotes on the Checkout page to upsell.


- Have no access to library quotes with rich contents sorted by categories of E-commerce.


- Lose priority access to Technical Support.


- Do not have a dedicated Customer Success Manager anymore.
